Do You Have To Keep Taking Acai Berry?

I am 5’5″ and 130 pounds. I want to lose 15 pounds. I exercise about 3 or 4 days a week and eat pretty healthy. If I take acai berry and then stop taking it will all the weight come right back? Even if I keep working out and eating right?
