If I Buy Acai Berry Juice Or Drinkable Acai Berry Yogurt,will It Still Make Me Lose Weight And Get The Benefit?
I am interested in buying either drinkable acai berry yogurt OR acai berry juice. Which is better? Which is cheaper at the grocery store? And im not interested in taking the pills, so will I still lose weight with this and still get the health benefits from the acai berry?

If you are looking to lose weight, Acai probably isn’t enough just by itself.
It’s a very healthy food, high in vitamins and anti-oxidants, but those won’t really result in weight loss.
I suggest doing what this girl did and combining the Acai diet with a cleansing program.

* Make pasta a fast food choice – preparing a pasta meal or salad will only take 10-12 minutes.

If you have started losing weight, just remember it’s a question of will. Keep doing what your’re doing, stay away from junk food and sodas, and you will feel more healthier and alive than never before.

Yes through personal experience I can honestly say that acai berry juice WILL help you lose weight. Come to think of it Acai products in general help you to lose weight but you have to know how to use them and when and when not to combine them with something else.
Acai Berry Capsules: They work, But if you decide to buy these you have to make sure that on the capsule bottle it indicates that the capsules are “Freeze Dried” these have been prepared better for your weight loss, also the pills work best if kept refrigerated. Best used with ‘Benefiber’ or ‘Super Colon Cleanse’
Acai Berry Powder: Works almost as good a the berry Juice, you don’t have to refrigerate it, it lasts a long time, you just pull it out when you need it pour a couple spoonfuls into an 8oz glass and then drink it down. Best with Benefiber.
Acai Berry Juice: Probably the best option for losing weight, make sure you get it unfiltered or “with pulp” in order to get the most for your money. The reason why Acai Berry juice is best is because unlike the capsules or powder they haven’t undergone any major changes in a science lab. In other words this is the freshest way to get Acai in the United States. So if the Acai pills help lose weight, the acai berry juice is double the power. Can be taken along with Acai capsules, and aformentioned products.
I’m not too sure abour your Acai Berry Yogurt it seems a little out there. I’d stick to the more normal sounding Acai options. Visit Amazon.com they have the cheapest options for you concering Acai, Benefiber, and Colon Cleansers. So far I’ve lost weight using this strategy: Cardio and Fat Burning options on the treadmill 60minutes each(at home or at gym) Acai Berry Capsules, Acai Juice, Benefiber. Try doing the gym or excercising at least 3 days out of the week along with your supplements. Remember that like with any other weight loss promoting supplement that your results will vary, and that everyone has a different metabolism, while one person might lose 10lbs in 2 weeks another may only lose 4lbs.
