Can you eat complex carbs like oatmeal and wheat grain spaghetti noodles. I do eat carbs…complex carbs though. Will I see results if I still incorporate a complex carb intake in my meals? Or do I have to eliminate all carbs even the good carbs(complex carbs) all together in order to see my results?

i try the acai berry diet and with the colon cleanser it does work because i lost 14 pounds in 2 weeks but with a good diet and working out their not magical pills if ur not on a diet and working out is not gonna work
