Hunny Bee…
The only way to lose weight (no matter how much/little) and KEEP IT OFF is to eat healthy and MOVE more. It’s really as simple as that.
Ignore the “spam”…the only interest there is to make a fast buck, not your best interests.

I drank a whole bottle (about a month supplies) of Acia Berry, 4 oz in the morning & 4 oz in the evening and never seen any results.

Watch out for any answer with a link it in. Most of them go to scam sites that want your credit card so they can rip you off. Like the acai berry answer above:
They charge a small shipping fee to get your credit card number then they charge you around $80 in a few days (after the trial period ends) and then $80 every few weeks from then on. You have to cancel your credit card in order to stop the charges.
Most internet acai berry sites are scams. Go to your local health food grocer to get acai berry or try GNC at your local mall
