Has anyone tried Acai Berry juice? Real results? How much should I drink per day?

I just bought that juice but i’m not sure how much i should be drinking each day. It is a 500ml bottle, anyone know?
One person said an 8 oz. glass but then the one bottle of juice would only last about 4 servings, if that? Does concentration of the juice make a difference?

If you are going to drink it, you should 1oz (one shot glass) every day. That is more than enough to reap the antioxidant benefits of the acai berry.

Acai berries are a relatively newly discovered berry from South America that has some healthy characteristics. The acai berry is really high in anti-oxidants and really helps people loose weight . There are lots of health advantages to acai berries, but they must be frozen right after harvest to make sure they retain thier maximum potency. One of the most populat brands of acai suppliments is vital acai. Lately, many talk show hosts have done profiles on the health benefits of acai. http://www.goodinternetdeals.com/Acai-Berry.html

Hi I just bought this and have done alot of research on it. I have found that for the juice you should have about 3.5 oz per day. I also saw on the drs (the TV show) that you should have 2 oz in the morning and 1 oz at night. I bought the organic kind from my local grocery store and it was pretty good.
