When you agree to the “free trial” and don’t cancel your account in the 14 days, you will be charge monthly! In many cases, when customers try to contact the company and cancel their subscriptions, they are forced to sit for more than an hour on hold. Plus, some consumers have complained of unauthorized charges on their credit card or bank accounts for products they did not order and were eventually forced to close bank accounts and cancel credit cards to stop the charges.

i have not had a bowel movement in a whole week will any of these work for me, i have bad migrains also

I think you need to be careful and not take any fiber based supplements right now. You are probably very dehydrated among other things and fiber only works well for normalizing things when you have adequate hydration.

Right now, your best bet is to drop by a pharmacy and pick up one or two Fleets enemas. You nay also want to drink prune juice on a more regular basis if you have frequent difficulty like this. When you get things a bit more normalized then take a look at some of the colon cleanse products that are available—-but don’t even start a cleanse at this time. You are very toxic and no doubt the bowel problem is probably a source of some of the migraine pain.
