    Yes, it’s good stuff. If you need to lose weight it will be a real help. Helps you as a powerful anti-oxidant, too.

    Depends. for the most part it is a scam. Drinking juice will not make you lose weight unless it’s a diuretic or a laxative. Most of these “acai juices” are mixed with pineapple and blueberry juices to stretch it out,so your not getting a bang for your buck.

    it’s a good antioxidant though.
