is the acai berry juice safe for a 13 year old boy?two questions inside please?

ok well i wanted to loose weight but i was wondering if the acai berry powder that you mix into a bottle of water safe for a 13 year old? and also what is wrong with me okay so before winter break i played just fine in basketball at school. i took two weeks of break without doing anything because somehow my ankle hurted and i couldnt walk nor play. so now i bend down my knees hurt and run my feet hurt like the bones and they crack alot too what is this? lack of calcium? and i dont drink milk only eat cheese. sometimes

    Safe but tastes horrible, makes some people feel sick.
    It will not aid weight loss all that is so much advertising rubbish – untrue and the bloggers are fictional.
    You really need to talk to your doctor about the pain in your feet, ankles and knees.
    Joint cracking, commonly in the ankles and knees when walking up steps, is usually a benign condition that you do not need to worry about. While the exact cause is hard to detect, you are not doing damage to the joints when you hear them crack.
    If you have pain associated with the cracking joints, then you should be evaluated to make sure there is not an underlying problem. But the average snapping ankles, or creaking knees is not a problem.

    You need advice on your diet too. Look online for foods containing calcium and vitamin D
