Yes for the first two days of it..its only fruit and veggies..the 3rd day you can eat reg. foods but in moderations…the menu will come with your kit….Its really good..because its not restrictive…you will see…

I did as the diet told me to do for the 1st two days eat veggies and fruits. After that..3rd day you can go back to your normal diet of red meats up to 8 ozs **size of your fist* fish..chicken..beef…etc…and veggies and beans salads…regular seasonings etc. Not restrictive at all…which is what I LOVE’D THE MOST!!!

Being that Im part spanish..I eat alot of beans…alot..and lentils…Also Im a vegetarian…I do however eat fish…NO FARM RAISE..there full of pesticides and growth hormones…Salmon is my favorite…

I lost weight 18lbs in 10 days…I didn’t per say work out at a traditional gym…BUT… I was very active during my 10 day cleanse. to help me acheive the level of weight loss…I hope that answered your question.
