i only had a few beers last night and it made me throw up. Im guessing it didnt help that i also had not eaten alot last night but still. i mean i must have threw up about ten times. not even over exagerating. i heard it works by cleaning out the toxins in your body and since alchohol is a toxin i guess i get why it could make me sick. even though i didnt think about this last night lol. i didnt see anything on the bottle about it. anyone know?

It won’t be harmful to take Acai and beer… if you threw up because of it, you may be allergic to it or it may be something completely unrelated that coincidentally happened at the same time. If the combination of Acai and alcohol of any sort caused nausea or vomiting, the FDA would require a specific warning on all Acai saying not to take it with alcohol or beer… they still have oversight over supplements so it would apply to all supplement companies as well. Besides that, if it did cause a reaction for the general population like that, it would be all over the news, too.

In any case, you could avoid taking it for a week or two to make sure it’s not an illness (flu, food poisoning, etc), then try it again without alcohol after that… if you get nauseous or sick, then you’re very allergic to it and should avoid it in the future. If you don’t get sick (even when trying with alcohol after that), it was a coincidence. Good luck and I hope I helped!

i was looking at the free trials they were giving out and was kind of interested but not really sure if it really works. i’m trying to lose 25 pounds. any ideas besides hitting the gym everyday or diet supplements? i’ve tried the gym but it seems like i’ve been gaining weight, not losing weight. so i’ve heard eating lots of fruits and veggies help and also drink lots of water. also, eat in proportions..does that really help lose weight? i’m not what you call fat but i have this little tummy that sort of sticks out. it’s kind of embarrassing and i’d like to get rid of it. should sit ups work? i’ve had a personal trainer at my gym help me work out but i’ve gained more weight since then and my stomach hasn’t gone down..any ideas? thanks..
