Frankly the only people you are going to hear from with their wondeful weight loss stories are the same people who are trying to sell it to you. You are better off educating yourself on what foods you need to pick to lose weight along with getting into an excercise routine. For example, leaving the potato chips, sugared drinks like cola, pasta, white rice, and fried foods alone, you can probably make a significant dent in your weight loss goals on that alone. Add in cardio and weight training 4 times a week and your life is changed forever..
