Acai Weight Loss – Health care bill?

Acai Weight Loss – Health care bill?

Here we go again town hall meetings discuss the impact involved in the proposed health care Bill. This bill is named the House Bill 3200. This bill is to replace our existing Medicare and Medicaid programs. The problem is Medicare and Medicaid programs are going broke. This post is neutral to the issues and publishes current information.

Health institutions, Hospitals and Doctor’s alike are more and more refusing to take Medicare and Medicaid patients. Wow! What is the problem? Health officials explain that the lack of payment, low payment approval and delayed payments are the issue. Doctors say they need to pay their staff and take care of office obligations and can not be put off. Medicare and Medicaid are considered by many defunct dinosaurs in the health arena.

Can the tax payer really get the health care they need? Also at issue is when they need it and at a price they can afford? There is a lot of concern about the centralizing of health care and replacing Medicare and Medicaid. Health care advocates propose a competitive marketplace to drive the cost of health care down. Would the competitive marketplace approach really drive the down the costs of healthcare? Would it allow everyone to be able to afford their own health insurance? Will people be allowed to determine what coverage they want etc. etc?

Here is a novel idea a plan that will offer interstate competition among insurance companies. Wow! Good idea however there is data that compares the huge discrepancy in healthcare cost from state to state. Then comes the point do we really trust the insurance companies? Apparently not. We should trust the competitive market system? One solution is to let the government be directly involved with helping those poor and otherwise unable to receive government care. Then the rest of the population should be self responsible through an open, competitive style marketplace. One official stated heaven forbid having federal control of the health care system.

What about individuals who are overweight, obese, and morbidly obese? This group has been found to be the cause of over 51% of all health costs. The study pointed out that in at least 48% of those were persons that caused and continue to cause their own overweight problems. The proposed new health care plan will censure these individuals due to their willful attitudes and life styles. Wow! A crushing blow!

Understand now that this proposed plan will have, 53 new groups, boards, commissions, etc. would be created to manage the new government health care system. These 53 groups would be responsible for the decision making, implementation and maintaining of the plan. So which is it? The U.S. government in charge or a true, competitive market. The choice either way will impact everyone’s health care.

In the present system a study has shown around one-third of the medicine prescribed currently in practice is non-essential. Wha? Yes and being prescribed to show a defensive position against possible malpractice lawsuits. Around and around we go with all the different issues involved with health care. With all of these concerns emerging many are becoming fearful that potential individuals will not be attracted and are no longer going to pursue careers in medicine. With all of the conflicting information currently being presented, many are confused and will need to be alert. In essence people will need to evaluate the bill from many points of view to have a better understanding of the impact it will have on them.

This bill might look appealing to small businesses, but beware of the cost many have said. There are specific sections of the bill that are particularly not good. One section noted by many is page 74 Section 202C that allows members of congress to opt-out of joining the new health care system and allows them to maintain what they have. Who would have guessed it? Reform is no doubt needed however getting it right is more important than trying to get it going fast. Many feel that we really need a group of healthcare experts to develop working health care solutions without politics involved.

The right solution for those desiring to lose weight is the Acai system. Acai berries are natural and your body will love them. The Açaí berries are a food and a natural digestive colon cleanser. Take weight off permanently using Acai! Acai works!

Acai Weight Loss! Health Care – Their Baaaack!

Acai Weight Loss! Health Care – Their Baaaack!

Yes their baaack! Here we go again! Who is back? You know the government officials, lawmakers etc. The officials in government that will decide your [ Health Care/Health Care Insurance ] future are coming back. Yes they are still wrestling with the famous or infamous House Bill 3200 depending upon your viewpoint. Does this mean goodbye to Medicare and Medicaid? Could be! Possibly and maybe! Who knows at this point? This blog remains neutral to the issues, outcome, etc. and only publishes current information. Our concern is weight loss and health.

One of the real large issues with this bill is the overriding decision making and implementation concerning your health. Hey wait a minute! Yes someone else will decide your health status and decide if you deserve or qualify for certain health care. Enter the so called Death Panels as some have named them. These panels will determine whether you qualify for certain treatments or operation etc. Well what kind of patients would be on the so called Hit List as some have described? Are the panels going to pull the plug on Grandma?

According to information leaked out, [officials are dancing around explanations] concerning certain groups that will be targeted for health care denial. Whoa! What? Health care denial? Yes that is the understanding that is being expressed and written about by individuals who read the bill. Astounding! You mean that somebody actually read the bill? Read the bill in its entirety? Yes but the lawmakers themselves have admitted that they themselves have not read the [over 1000 pages] bill. We all know that any bill proposals are chuck full of add-on’s buried within the structure and unseen. Later when the bill is passed out comes the add-on gremlins. Too late if a bill passed.

OK who are the targeted groups for denial? On group is the elderly. The elderly? Yes the elderly. Why? Well the statistics show that from the age of 20 to 50 there is little health care needs or claims by comparison. Below 20 are growing up health issues and accident claims. Then from the age 50 to 60 some increases due to stress, heart problems, cancer developing etc. etc. From 60 on up the health claims rise considerably. Should grandma be granted a heart operation? Don’t know. The panel will determine that. Could Grandma possibly continue on with just some sort of medicine? Maybe. The panel makes the call according to the bill. Wow! Do you like it so far?

OK who else is targeted? Want to take a guess? The over weight are by far the most highly targeted group. But the thinking and reasoning here is different. This group as a whole is responsible for more than one half of the entire health care costs in the US. Wow! In the US, almost half the population is overweight and one-third of the nation is considered obese! Almost everywhere you go in the US, there’s someone near you with a very serious overweight problem. This is particularly evident in restaurants, cafeterias, or buffets. You don’t have to look hard to find people eating food way in excess. Many order three or four course meals with appetizers and dessert, piling plates high, getting seconds or thirds. Some of that behavior is driven by getting their moneys worth, so to speak, in all-you-can-eat establishments

According to the language of the bill 95 percent overweight, obese, and morbidly obese are individuals that are willfully overweight. They are abusing their body by over eating. Then when their health starts failing they need medical attention skyrocketing health care costs. This overweight problem is very upsetting to see. It is an on going tragedy in process in the US. When you see someone with a weight problem, you know they did not get there by accident. So how do we cure the overweight problem? The first way is to start now to really recognize that we are in a silent epidemic. The obesity epidemic crisis in the US and in many other parts of the world is here. There are people in the US with over weight problems everywhere you go.

The thing to realize is that our fast foods and processed foods are at the root cause of all overweight persons. The next cause is the world that we live in that causes stress and anxiety. We all live a life that does not know what new dilemma awaits the next day. There are people roaming about without HOPE. Then as a result they are hiding in food for comfort. Alas! An overweight nation is born.

This blog has consistently promoted Acai for the overweight. Acai is natural and easy to obtain. Acai will turn around all overweight individuals. In addition the overweight person will need to cooperate with their body by refusing to overeat. The overweight person will need to overcome their acquired associated emotional barriers. The total person and their behaviors will need to be treated. Acai will get you there!

To your weight loss success, health and happiness,

Acai Berry: Top 10 Reasons Why You Should Care

It may be tempting to ignore the acai berry as just marketing hype and the latest fad. However, even though it isn’t a “miracle berry” or the cure to all that ails you, the acai berry is an extremely powerful source of antioxidants and one of the most nutritious fruits in the world.

Why should you care about all this talk about antioxidants and nutrition? I’m glad you asked. Here are 10 excellent reasons why you should care about the acai berry:

10. Helps Maintain Good Cholesterol & Fight Heart Disease

Essential fatty acids and antioxidants in the acai berry help fight bad cholesterol (LDL) while at the same time maintaining good cholesterol (HDL) and fighting heart disease. The essential fatty acids also aid in the absorbency of necessary vitamins like Vitamin A, D, E, and K.

9. Improved Vision

The acai berry contains a specific type of antioxidant called “anthocyanins” which are known to improve vision. During World War II, British pilots ate large amounts of bilberry (which also contains anthocyanins) as they said it improved their night vision.

8. Saves the Rainforest

The recent popularity of the acai berry actually helps save the Rainforest. You see, before the large demand for acai berries, local farmers harvested the entire acai tree for palm hearts. Palm hearts are used in expensive salads.

Fortunately, now that the acai berry is becoming more and more sought after, the natives are paid more to harvest acai berries. This means that they actually want to protect the trees instead of cutting them down.

7. Better Sleep

The acai berry contains amino acids that relax your muscles and allow for a more restful sleep. It also contains Vitamin B which helps to regulate the dopamine and serotonin (both neurotransmitters that impact sleep) production in the brain.

6. Fights Diseases and Boosts Immune System
The Amazon rain forest contains some of the richest soil in the world. As a result, the acai berry is packed with natural minerals and nutrients that fight disease and increase energy by boosting the immune system. In Brazil the acai berry is also commonly known as an effective anti-bacterial and anti-viral agent.

5. Increase in Energy & Stamina

Natives of Brazil are some of the most active people in the entire world. It’s understandable considering that they have access to one of the most perfect foods available. Aside from being a perfect source of nutrition and carbohydrates, the high levels of antioxidants in the acai berry lead to a huge boost in energy levels and stamina. Locals will often mix acai pulp and Guarana (another amazing fruit with natural stimulants) for a healthy burst of natural energy.

4. Helps Fight Weight Gain

The acai berry’s natural combination of antioxidants, essential fatty acids, amino acids, phytosterols, and amino acids work together to help your body function better, process food easier, and burn fat more efficiently.

3. Better Sex

When NBC’s Matt Laurer took a recent trip to the Amazon, he was amused to find that the acai drink he had just finished is commonly referred to as “Amazon Rainforest Viagra”. Locals swear it has libido enhancing qualities. Combine those qualities with the increase in energy, stamina, and better overall body function and you can see why the acai berry is compared to that famous little blue pill.

2. May Help Fight Cancer

The University of Florida published a study in the Journal of Agricultural and Food Chemistry that found that acai berries triggered a self destruct response in up to 86% of human cancer cells. Yes, you read that right, it caused cancer cells to self destruct! This study was only on the cellular level and wasn’t in the human body, but it perfectly illustrates the antioxidant capability and healing qualities of the acai berry. The University is currently studying the effect of acai in the human body.

1. Fights the Aging Process

The most exciting benefit of regularly consuming the acai berry may just be its effect on the aging process. Free radicals are molecules that attack the cells in the body and damage our DNA. In simple terms, free radicals are the cause of aging ailments such as cancer, arthritis, inflammation, atherosclerosis and Alzheimer’s disease. The acai berry is recognized as one of the best foods for aging because it’s absolutely jam-packed with free radical fighting antioxidants.
