Question by collegebound: Acai berry and colon cleanse diet. How frequent do you take these pills and how much? They dont really specify?
I have taken an interest in the Acai berry and colon cleanse diet. I recieved both bottles and they both say take two capsules a day but not whether I should take them together, or through out the day. The only really thing I know for certain is not at night! Now I work out 3 to 4 times a week and hoping this will help on my pursuit to a healthy life. Does anyone with some back ground in this have any ideas?

Look on your credit card statement. Is there a phone number listed in the description area of their charge? Try that phone number.

You should also contact your credit card and tell them you want to prevent this company from making further charges.
