I have been drinking acai juice daily. Honestly, I don’t feel any different. But it tastes good and it sure can’t hurt. It’s suposed to be crazy high in anti-oxidents which I think is anti-cancer so the benefits may be there but how can you monitor this?

I have been hearing that this new acai berry is all the rage ive watched thigns on the news about it and all these ads for acai free trials are everywhere on my computer….acai juice and pills and all different forms…even my hairstylist says his mom has an acai berry tree or something and he loves it anyways i was thinking about trying it out and seeing if it could help me shed a few pounds along with a healthy diet and regular exercise and if it really detoxed your body and gave you more energy like it says its supposed to…before i put money in this i wanted to hear from real people their experience and if it worked for them…is it worth the try? i know everyone reacts differently but just wanted to see if it was really all the rage?…also this might be a little gross but there are pills that are supposed to clean out your colon and i wanted to know if anyone knew anythign about that i was reading that your colon stores like 80 % of your body fat or at least a lot of it and if you clean it out with pills you can lose some weight also…anyone know about that either?…im not old enough and dont want a real colonoscopy yet thanks

Has anyone experience with acai juice? Alot of conflicting advice about the products on the market.?

Acai berry is from Brazil and is being touted as having amazing health benefits however skeptics say the products being marketed only have a small percentage of the juice and the claims are based on flawed or slanted research.
