I am going to the movies with my mom tomorrow and I want to eat really healthy tomorrow. I want to lose my tummy fat and I want to know how to do that. What are some foods I can eat tomorrow and other days that can help me lose weight and tummy fat fast? Do not say acaiberry or any of those other scams! Thank you so much!!!

Eggs are the best source of Protein. They will fill you up. Fruits are good to eat because they have tuns of vitamins and nutrients that are bodies need. Bread is good because it is a carbohydrate that will give you energy.Water is always the best thing to drink because it will flush out all of the toxins in our bodies and our brains are 75% water weight. Be Healthy (:

Oh and Some Popcorn at the movies isn’t bad.. Don’t load up on butter and its good because it has ALOT of fiber in it.

30lbs in 2 months is pretty realistic. If you figure you lose 2 pounds every 2 weeks. However, do not go on a radical diet that promises to cleanse you. You should stick to real food. Low portions and high intensity work outs are all you really need. Do not starve yourself. Space your meals so you eat 400-500 calorie meals and 100-200 calorie snacks. Eat at least 3 meals and 3 snacks for best results. Try eating every 2 hours to boost your metabolism naturally. Not only will eating 6 times in one day postively affect your metabolism but you wont actually get hungry throughout the entire day. Make sure you eat plenty of vegetables and fruits as well.
