Power Supplements today announced that they have discovered a disturbing trend in the world of Acai – a significant surge in Acai Spam emails over the last 14 days. Worse still, these Acai spam emails make unsupported claims about weight loss and try to entice customers with “free” trials that can end up costing the customers hundreds of dollars.

2. Read the fine print, you are agreeing to paying a month. All of the Acai free trial emails that PowerSupplements reviewed had fine print that said the customer would be billed close to every month for a 1 month supply of Acai if they did not cancel in 14 days.
3. Lack of studies and clinical data to back up their claims. The typical Acai Spam email is big on weight loss claims and short on any science to support their claims.
