A friend left me a bottle of acai berry complex juice informing me that I should drink 2 ounces in the morning and 2 ounces at night.
But he did not tell me how I should take it? Such as must you take it with food, or can you take it without food. And from all the research I have found on the net, there is no information on how to take it.
