I ordered from this outfit called AcaiBerry Detox The Natural Cleanse and received a trial size, didn’t like and cancelled within 7 days. They are charging my account 87.13 and have yet to refund me. In the website they state you have 14 days to cancel and will not be charged. So this is fraudulent! I know there was this site you can go to and report this and the company and they will try and help you

I answered an add for a 21 day free trial. Of’course you had to pay $ 3.97 shp ( This is how they get your debit #) 21 days later, I’ve been billed an additional $ 80 and STILL no product has arrived!! Calls to the company say ” it’s in the mail” ( It takes 6 to 8 hours of buisy tones before getting through)

Take the incident as a lesson to NEVER give your debit/credit card/checking info to “free trials”….oldest trick in the book, and legal for the most part. They make it such a hassle to cancel/refund that people just give up, that’s how they make their money, not off the product you might eventually get…Oldest rick in the book, bummer they got you, too. Many of these shadow companies sell hundreds of ‘different’ products we have all seen online or on tv, not just one or two things.

Call your state Attorney General and report it to your states BBB, although they will already have thousands of complaint already about the same company, you might be included in a civil action case in the future..
