I ordered 14 trial the other day, and I got that ..
I didn’t know I had to pay $ 90 If I didn’t cancel another month’s pills and it would be automatically charged in my card bill..
I barely got to contact to the customer service,
and the lady said they send me the product this morning and it would be here in 10 days, and I have to pay $ 90 for that !!
because I didn’t cancel in 14 days ! oh my god I didn’t know that !!
I just wanted to know what it was like .. that’s all.. I don’t know what to do..
I called the credit card company and they said that Acai Berry company already charged that $ 90 from my account so unless I cancel that $ 90 order through the company there’s nothing they can do … but I couldn’t .. right?..
So now I’m thinking , I’m supposed to pay card bill next month,
so if I close (block) my credit card account before that and get a new one, and send back the product to the company even tho I have to pay the shipping bills (better than $ 90!!!!) does it work ?
In that way, can I not pay that bill and not anymore ?
I know this has happend to lot of people but they seem like they figured out the way not to pay them anyway .. but I don’t know how to do that in my case .. past 14 day , already charged ..
please.. I can’t pay $ 90 for that .. If you think my way wouldn’t work out, please please tell me the way not to pay $ 90 … Help me ..
Oh and they provided this and I couldn’t recognize this was important .. because it’s made of small size font ! I feel so stupid …

First… call the 1-800 and immediately cancel any further shipments.
Then tell them that you are also canceling the 14day trial period because you haven’t received anything even after 10 days.
Don’t let them talk you into anything… be firm, if need be, be rude.
Then call back your Credit Card Company and remind them that under VISA agreement you have the right to dispute a charge if you aren’t happy with the product or services and you haven’t been able to resolve this with the merchant. Since you are being charged for an item that you haven’t even gotten yet… tell them that you will send back the product when it arrives and be happy to show VISA the proof that you returned this item to the merchant.
If your Credit Card Co. still refuses to dispute the charges and credit your account then you can tell them that you will pay the bill but that you will immediately close your account after that.
