The acai berry is one of the most popular and controversial health supplements in the world today. One of most controversial things about acai berries, other than the common acai berry scams, is the cost of acai berries. Let’s start our cost comparison talking about how much several popular fruits cost. One of these fruits is just a common fruit almost everybody eats. The other two are fruits that are commonly compared to acai berries.

While the apple isn’t usually compared to acai berries, it is a common fruit that a lot of people eat. There are obviously differences in price based on time of year and type of apple, but you will often pay around .00 per apple if you get high quality apples. Now let’s compare these fruits to the acai berry. Just like with fresh fruits, acai berry supplements vary in cost. This may be ok for you, but it should not be compared directly to a pure acai berry supplement.

When you are making a decision on whether to buy acai berries, there are a lot of factors you should consider. Price is one of them, but as you can see above, acai berries are not that expensive when you compare it to common fresh fruits. Make an informed decision and have a healthy day!

No. It is full of great nutrients and phyto nutrients, but it is not a complete picture. One of the greatest things we get from fruits and veggies is fiber, which one glass of juice can’t give you. Balance in all things.

I know alot about acai and I can tell you this: many acai juices are not very potent. They are watered down, sugar filled, and often contain additional fruits other than acai. Usually you can look on the nutrition label to see just how much of each vitamin and mineral you are ingesting with each serving. Typically I would say that one serving of juice probably gives you 50% or so of what you might need in a day.
